API Integration to Archive

SecureInbox can connect and allow for the archival of received documents. After receiving a scanned file, users may review, annotate, and archive directly.

Email Upload Link

Upon setup, employees receive a public-facing URL, with your company brand, that customers can access 24/7. Links can be embedded in email signatures with a call to action such as “Send me Files Securely.” A file submission by a customer opens a secure chain of communication, providing a simple, secure, and efficient web presence for each member of the team.

Secure Messaging

Secure messaging is available within SecureInbox as customers are supplying documents to you. An email is sent to customers to notify them of new messages with an authentication key to access it. Conversations can be set to expire after a set time.

Portability to Cirrus

Though SecureInbox is a powerful enterprise tool on its own, we believe you’ll want to do even more in some or all of your departments. When you choose to upgrade to Cirrus – even if for one department – your enterprise SecureInbox users will retain their access and those upgrading will maintain their activity history.

No Account Setup for Customer

SecureInbox’s novel architecture allows for your customers to communicate with you securely without the need for them to create yet another account. Security-first system design allows only the upload of customer information via this link, no download.

Large file sizes

SecureInbox accepts over 100 file types, up to 1GB in size, and emails a date-and time-stamped record to your customer with a description of each document they have submitted. Files are scanned with an industry leading antivirus solution before they enter your instance of the hub. File types that are not supported can be converted to a .pdf on the fly.

SecureInbox utilizes an industry-leading antivirus to scan files BEFORE they are introduced to your users – with a unique system architecture that firewalls the customer view and the internal view.

Advanced Document Preview and Edit

The document viewing window enables users to preview, convert, combine, extract, and even remove passwords from pdf files. Pop-out files to work simultaneously toward approval or denote exceptions with color-coded status tag or other annotations.
